About kinesiology

Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that combines eastern and western practices. It is based on the idea that the body never lies. Though sometimes we don’t understand what it wants to tell us but it still keeps sending messages. Applied Systematic Kinesiology (ASK) is based on the studies and research of the American chiropractor Dr. George Goodheart. Other branches of kinesiology e.g. One Brain, Touch for Health, Brain Gym and Three in One Concepts developed from ASK.

 

Applied Systematic Kinesiology (ASK)

 

ASK observes the person from four sides: mental, chemical, physical, and energetic. When all the four sides are in balance we are balanced too, we feel good and successful, it does not hurt anywhere or feel ill. Illness and emotional problems result from the disturbance of this balance. I can balance these with the techniques of kinesiology that can lead to positive changes. Kinesiology helps reaching the root of the problem and balances the cause accordingly.

 

Everything is connected. Many physical symptoms have emotional causes just as well a physical imbalance can cause emotional problems. It is also very important to eat good nutritious food. Our food, fruits and vegetables today do not contain as high amount of nutrients as they used to 20-30-50 years ago. This is why it is highly recommended to take good quality vitamin and mineral supplements. It is important to find a reliable supplier that produces organic vitamins and minerals. Based on my own experience I use the products of Nature’s Sunshine during kinesiological balancing that I can recommend to others as well.

 

 

One Brain

 

The technique One Brain works with the unity of brain, mind and spirit. We use an emotional barometer to map the emotional background of the problem. One Brain connects the left and right hemisphere of the brain. The left hemisphere of the brain is responsible for all things that we learn, our family values and belief system and learnt routines while the right side is creative and associative. In a stressful situation we forget to think, switch off our brain and turn on to auto pilot. We repeat the routine patterns that come from our family and upbringing. These are very often not the most effective and useful solutions but this is what we know at that moment, this is what we were taught by our parents and family. This is when we use the left side of our brain and solve problems in the usual old way. Then we realise that we have made the same mistake again or we behave just like our mother of father when this is exactly what we definitely don’t want to do. When is it going to change? Or in other words when are we going to use a more creative solution using the right side of our brain? This is where One Brain can help you.

 

During balancing we go through the negative feeling of “I have no choice” to the positive “I have a choice”. We look for the root in the past that causes problems and issues in the present. We are going to reprogram the negative feeling in the past and find a different solution. When you change the negative emotion attached to an issue in the past this has a positive effect on your present and your future as well.
